The general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively to any current or future commercial relations between Dammann Frères, 1, rue de Réveillon, 28100 Dreux, France (" we") and the creator of the order ("you").
We can alter these general terms and conditions of sale at any moment, provided that we indicate these changes on our site.
We undertake to accept your order according to the terms of these conditions of sale.
When you place your order, we inform you of the availability of products you wish to buy. However, if despite our vigilance, products prove temporarily unavailable (stockout, awaiting new supplies, etc.) after you have placed your order, we will inform you by e-mail and give you the choice of altering or cancelling your order. If any products turn out to be permanently unavailable (depleted stock, etc.) after you have placed your order, we will automatically cancel it and inform you by email before reimbursing any sums you have paid for the unavailable products.

Prices are indicated in euros and are deemed to include all taxes due in line with French taxation, excluding carriage costs. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We undertake to apply the current prices indicated when you place an order.
With orders outside the European Union, prices will be zero rated for VAT when you enter your delivery address in the relevant form. Customs duty and any other taxes relating to the delivery of an item are to be paid by you and are your responsibility. We are not required to check or inform you of any applicable customs duties or taxes. To find out what they are, we advise asking the relevant authorities of your country. Under no circumstances are we obliged to pay for additional costs arising from the delivery of your order apart from carriage costs, which are described and invoiced when you complete your order on our site.
Prices are payable immediately on the same date as the order. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards. Online payment with bank cards is entirely secure, and uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. We use the Sogecommerce by Société Générale and Paypal online payment solutions. Your order can only be processed when your payment has been accepted and this acceptance transmitted to our departments.
